About job fair

Hi
Good afternoon to all seniors. Can any one suggest me that what is job fair, because i am going to attend a job fair which was organized by my college at Indore. Plz tell me what are the processes which are conducted there n how to crack the interview.

hi,

group of companies under 1 roof. usually there would be personal interview i.e first round screening , in some cases depending upon the position there would be written test as well.

In case the candiate gets shortlisted they would called to their campus for subsequent rounds.

It's nothing but alike marketing of jobs may be in a particular place with various offers from various cos,or may be a specific company holding the mela in a specific place like ur college and there you get your self fit according to their offers and eligibilty.If they found u r a good piece for their org.then they offer pricing and perks with various conditions to your employment,if u find u and they are comfortable to each other with terms and condi.then they finally sale the job and u also finally sale ur candidature.

The important thing is that you can attend this fair without any leave. because job are condected on holidays. so without any problem you will get good opportunity in that...
