how to maintain shops & establishment act in new concern

Welcome to HR

U should maintain the all statutory registers
1. Leave register
2. Wage resiger
3. Attendance register
4. Minimum wage register
5. Festival & Holidays register etc.,

The above registers all available in sitaram&co (Royapettah - Chennai)

what r the rules of statutory?

Hi

U should produce every year end

1. PF yearly returns (Forms 3A & 6A every year month of april)
2. Other statutory records verified by a labour inspector or any other respective person from labour office. They will come and check the records and sign the record. It'l happen every year in the month of December.

I am starting sole-trader recruitment firm in chennai..I am the only person to be employed in the business initially..But still i wish to register it under chennai shops and establishments act and other any legal formalities to be compiled ..I wish to know the procedure for that and any other formalities for me.. please help me
