I had a confusion regarding calculating LOP amount of employee
If employee workdays=28 month days=30 days
then employee gross=30000 per month
how to take basic amount i.e
(1). 30000*28/30 as gross (or)
(2). take 30000 as gross and then calculate LOP amount
Please give your suggestions

hi Salary is (Gross) 30000 Earned salary only change (Payable Gross ) 28000 If you need LOP Deduction (Gross 30000 - Payable Gross 28000 = lop amt 2000)
