Sir,
2 years is a very small time for you to take a lead with high salary.
You should also upgrade your educational Learning by doing a PG Or PhD.
This sometimes may help you.
You can additionally do training programmes like Health and safety at work Place, etc.

Dear Vikram,
Seems you are in rush to get good salary which is not bad but same time you need to understand corporate world. You have only 2 years of experience and so can say you have just started your carrier so you need to have patience.
You have stated that you should continue or switch your profile, so being HR recruiter you have to be steady, just because you are not getting desired salary package you will switch to another profile??
Just give honest answer: Do you provide/approve expected salary to all selected candidates???
You need to understand "responsibilities of profiles and if you found your self fitted in this then apply and if interviewer asks that budget is not that much in that case you may reply with your +skills then required and justify ur self for your expected salary".
Hope this post will help you in choosing long term carrier and expected salary.

You have to develop your other HR skills like Payroll, Employee engagement/Management and now a days most required HR Business Partner roll. As well as you need to gain knowledge about statutory laws to be followed by an employer. These skills will allow you to get good job.

i am also an hr recruiter and i am getting 25 k having almost 3.6 yrs exp. in recruitment but i have location issue. it recruiter is good career option but yes you need to raise your skills also like payroll, benefit and compensation, statutory law.each and every should be on your finger tips. only recruitment will not give you the right job with right salary you need to explore your knowledge.take generalist coaching and believe me it would be good for your career

Deepikarana,
Yes agree with you as now a days any employer would like their employees with +skills and as recruiter we used to check if candidate has any additional skills then what we required would be preferred and get an advantage. As a key asset of any company we first of all need to have that added skills apart from what we are hired (job profile) for. It will get any HR a chance to enhance in his/her career and grow.

Incase your looking to develop your skills. There is a Upcoming 4 days program with workshop training where one will learn statutory laws i.e ESI EPF, Proffessional Tax and much more and will take away Templates / documents that are required on a day to day basis.
You can post here so that I can send you more details.
