Dear Ravish,
You can fill Form-13 and get it authorised from your current employer after which you can submit it to the PF office. Post which the form will be sent to your previous employer for authorisation by PF dept and than the amount would get transferred. You can keep checking for the status in the online website. Also make sure you process it after 60 days from your Last Working Day with your previous employer.

Hi Amith,
I really appreciate the quick help. Please advice me on below points:
1 > PF account with my previous company is in Bangalore and right now i am doing job in Chandigarh and the current PF account is also with Chandigarh PF regional office .My question is that can i submit the form in Chandigarh office for Bangalore account.
2 > When the PF form will go to my previous employer is there any probability that they can deny verification/authorization since i haven't server my notice period to the company.
3> Form 13: Do i need to get it attested

Dear Ravish,
I would suggest submit the Form in Bangalore PF office. And w.r.t Authorisation from your previous employer it is must because that will provide the detail information of your PF deductions month on month, your previous employer can hold back your other benefits but PF which is your statutory benefit needs to be authorised at any cost.

Ravish it may work but will be time consuming. I would suggest send it through courier to anyone of your Friend and ask him to submit the same. Regards Amith R.
