1 year back i changed to other company by resigning only,but i didn\'t try to claim my P.f amount.i worked for 2yrs in previous company which belongs to Kolkata,West Bengal...by which my PF no starts with WB/

OR
Take printout of form 19 & 10C from epfindia.com
fill up the forms to your extent & knowledge and send them to previous company, they will process it from there.

Dear feiend,
Just Sign the the Form No.19 & 10 C (2 sign in each form, one in plain another on revenue stamp) and along with signed forms attach a copy of your bank pass book front page showing a/c no. branch address etc and send them to your previous employer asking them to send the same for pf settlement.
If required please mention your bank name, IFSC code No. MICR No. Branch address in a seperate sheet which will help them in filling up the forms.The amount will be directly credited to your bank account.

Dear Kishan
If U R an employee with a company covered under the PF Act than don't withdraw it. Get it transferred to your new A/c by submitting F-13. It will increase your eligible service for all the purposes. It is not advisable to withdraw if change in employment is there.
