Sirs, Kindly confirm me there is Sunday on poll day in himachal on dated 04-11-12. Is this compulsory to allow additional paid holiday instead of Sunday Kinday guide me

You didn't required to allow additional paid holiday. In case the poll will be on some other working day then you are supposed to give holiday so that the employees of your organization can cast their franchise.
