Hi,
I started up my career with MNC (its into Banking BPO) in Hyderabad where my salary is processed to my salary account. I worked there till level 2 position. Recently joined another small company (ITES firm) as a Team Manager. The salary here is given in the form of checks. My questions are:
1. What are my chances of getting into MNC's again without proper payslips here?
2. I dont think these guys do Form 16 and taxes for us. How can I handle that?
3. If I think I getting into a MNC again after 2 years from now, do they ask for Form 16 or standard Payslips? Or Salary certificate from these will do?
Please reply...

Hello rajamidhun,
None of the issues you mentioned are really serious that COULD effect your career.
Answers mentioned below.
1. What are my chances of getting into MNC's again without proper payslips here?
ANS: Bank statements [to prove deposits of salary & the quantum thereof] are accepted by MNCs, IF payslips aren't in-vogue with your current employer. however, BCs could be more stringent in such cases.
2. I dont think these guys do Form 16 and taxes for us. How can I handle that?
ANS: Talk to the Finance guys--they should be able to help you. If you have accounts/finance friends, you can approach them too. Most F&A guys are familiar with the Tax Forms/Procedures.
3. If I think I getting into a MNC again after 2 years from now, do they ask for Form 16 or standard Payslips? Or Salary certificate from these will do?
ANS: Salary Certificate WITH Bank statements are valid documents where formal payslips don't exist.
Hope that clarifies your queries.

Your all information about TDS and Form 16 is now online. You just need to login your account on incometaxindia.gov.in. Go to my account. Download form 26AS. It has all information about TDS from both employers.

Hi Pankaj,
Thank you for your reply. Actually, my current employer here wont deduct tax or pf at all. That means I may have to pay it the coming fiscal year and then avail TDS info and form 16 online is what you say?? Please reply...
