Dear all,
can any one help me with the format in excel of leave register which we have to maintain as per the shop and establishment. It will be a great help.How to maintain the SL.CL and PL (7,7,21 Resp ).

Dear All ,
I am working in Hotel Industry as HR Manager , Need to Incashment employees Privelage Leave ( PL ) at the time of Leaving the organisation , If Employee having 275 PL from last sixteen years worked with us , Suggest for the PL Incashment as per the Shop act ,
Maybe only 90 PL accumulated above were laps please sugggest !!!!!

Our registered office is in Delhi and corporate or branch office in Gurgaon Haryana ( recently shifted ), do we need to register under Shop & commercial establishment act 1958 ? And also need to know what is this Shop & commercial establishment act ?
Kindly advice the same.

Dear Swapnil Ji,
As per Bombay shop & establishment Act, we can only encash 60 nos. of PL to the concerned employee who is going to resign the job and served the notice period as per your company norms.

Dear Swapnil, After 40 PL the leave lapses ,so you should take-care of it .if it goes above you have to en-cash it. The calculation for Leave encasement is = gross (basic+DA)/26* leave balance.
