Hi all,
Iam planning to give Feed back form for a new joinee once he/she completes 3 months in the organization with questions related to their expections and the facilities provided by the organizations in terms of every thing like infrastructure,environment and org culture,communication ....etc.
By the end of this exercise i should be able to understand the gap which helps to improve the org..and also helps to retain the employee.
So any organization already doing this exercise can pls guide me with your inputs and formats.

The Idea is really great,
I would have helped you if i was using it in my company..well bt don't u think that its noi use,,when you know that they are gonna give wrong replies..Eg:"Do u enjoy working her?
2.Are you satisfied with ur trainer,,,etc..
there may be very few who give actual answers
The best way is to interact with them on regular basis and find out the inside story
This is my perception.
