OK
lets rerun the answers:
1. Yes withdrawal could be made at any time say after 50 or 100 years but for that you have to be alive. Now Form No. 19 for EPF withdrawal and From 10-D (not 10-C) for pension.
2.Yes you will be eligible for pension (on completion of 10 years of service) and irrespective of the fact that you with-draw your EPF dues (vide Form 19)
3.Eligibility for pension starts from 50 years of age.
4.No upper limit but the Deptt. is thinking for minimum limit for Rs.1000 (not yet decided by the Deptt.)
5.Pension would be monthly and after every year you have to submit certificate to the Bank where the pension is being sent by the Deptt. There is no provision of yearly pension.
6.Yes there is a formula (Sorry I forgot the formula of Pension Calculation)
7.Yes if service is less then 10 years.
