but I am facing some problem to ECR upaload
1. Our payment cycle in from 21st March to 20th April, so a new employee he has joined with our organization after date of 20th then we could not proceed his salary for his joining month we proceed his salary in the next month. But in ECR updating could not accept the Form 5 data without his PF contribution what should be we do? Please give your suggestions.
2. We some we get them terminated due to his long absent for a 15 to 20 days we send him termination letter.in that case we did not paid his salary for the month but he is terminated in this month so that How can we send his form 10 data in ECR upadaation

Pls tell me that we have uploaded the return for the Month of April'12. Any one of our employee was on leave since march'12. But in April'12 we came to know that h'll not join us.
Then please suggest that what was his last working day.
If his last working day was his last present then how we can show him the Form 5(EPF) b'coz his last working was in March'12 and Monthly ECR accept only the the current month left
employees date of Exit.
