Hi all Could you kindly let me know any one what is emp retention plan? Are there any steps / or process to do this? thanks and regards

Hi,

Employee retention plan is the strategy to retain the employee with the organizations by providing various monetary or non-monetary benifits. You just need to formulate the various employee retention plans and follow them accordingly. As employee retention strategy organisations provide ESOPs, Mediclaim benefits, retiral benefits, Children education benefits, accommodation benefits, free meal facility, pick and drop facilities, various recreational facilities at work, holiday packages ets etc. There is endless list.....
