hi Vaishali,

A Sister concern is the alternate company of the same concern.

I m workin as Senior HR of a Company( BPO) which is the sister concern of huge company which deals with Stocks and Shares.

The top management remains the same though, like we have the same directors for the companies

I hope its clear.

Thanks
Sona Yadav

If two companies are owned or controlled by the same entity or person, they are Sister Companies. Those two companies can be exist anywhere in the world.

Thanks,
Rupali Agarwal
