Hi All !
All those working for recruitment, do you face the problem of candidates not turning up after receiving the offer letter? What is the ratio of such cases against the total number of offers made.
Do you practice retaining people against their resignations? What is the ration of such cases against total resignations received?
Do you find your ratios matching?
