How can i get PF without the signature of Employer? bcz he refused to sign the form... also provide me pf withdraw form.

Hi, When employer refuse to sign on forms, you can get signature from Gazzeted Officer / Gov. Doctors on forms and submit to PF office directly with required information. Forms are 10C, 19

Well could you please share the reason that why your employer is not ready to sign on your EPF withdrawal form??
Second, no one can stops you to get withdrawal of your EPF amount but dear you also need to have realize what you did and why you are having this problem from your EMPLOYER.
Third, I wanna inform you that to withdrawal of your EPF amount, you just don’t need to have get signed your EPF form by your employer but to have Employer ID/registration code on this form duly stamped and attested by Employer /Authorised Signatory which is a statutory/legal requirement. And without this, EPF office is not going to accept your withdrawal form and this you need to keep in your mind always.
Therefore, I want you to share your reasons, why your employer is not going to sign on your form, so that, we can help you specifically.
One more thing, I wanna say here that if your employer is not ready for this, you can visit to your EPF Commissioner of your local EPF office and ask him/her to help you out in this regards but if you will do the same, you’ll also have to give them a reason that why your employer is not ready.

The reason behind refusal on signature on my EPF form by G.M is that H.R Manager deny she didnt got any notice period .even i gave her one month notice by writing her letter but i dnt have any receiving of that. so she make amount payable on my side and said if i want my full and final settlement then pay that amount.
sir i dnt want to go for legal action as you said file the complaint to labour commissioner because you know well how long procedure they have and i cannt take off regularly for it.

i am now giving u a easy way without any legal action.
Just fill up the pf withdraw form yours name yours father/husband name yours epf number yours date of joining and date of leaving and date of birth your bank account number and bank address and just written a simle letter tht employer refused to sign the epf form and send it to regional provedent office to pf commissioner of urs area. With in 15 days the comissioner will send this form to urs local epf office enforcement officer then he will go to the factory then the employeer will surely sign urs epf form and then enforcement officer will submit it to commissioner office and with in 20 days you will got urs epf & fpf amount in urs bank.
