Employee Leave Policy in Hotel Industry

well any one who can send me the leave policy for a 3star hotel in AP as it is required for a upcoming hotel at hyderabad.Its urgent kindly send me to ;awaiting for quick reply.

Hotels in AP follow very simple strategy. If a person joins as per new leave policy guidelines all properties are planning to give 25 days leave (including EL/CL/SL/CO) as balances.

No matter what kind of leave is been applied; any leave will be considered as leave.

If an person works on public holiday or weekly off based on assumptions - compensation off will be added in his balance

no limit for COff's

its good and guide full for any part of leave policy recommendations

Can any HR Manager can share the no.of Leave for Hotel Industry ... LIke PL / SL/ CL/ Calculations for the eligilibity - Best Practices to be follwed for Hotel in Tamil Nadu.

Dear sanmugam.

In hotel industry they r not in the position to give leave for the any reason. but most of the hotel staffs who have completed 1 year they were eligible for El you give 24 days EL,7DaysCL,5Days SL.
