I am doing my final project(MBA) on compensation and job satisfaction. I searched alot about Factors influencing employee compensation. So far I couldn't find anything. I was hoping if I can get help from this website.

In short and sweet EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION can be closely related with PMS that includes various factors narrating EMPLOYEE PROGRESS. Also you can take into consideration EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, WORKPLACE, WORK CULTURE, ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES, CO-WORKERS, DESIRED/RELEVANT JOB RELATED SKILLS/TALENTS etc.
JOB SATISFACTION may or may not be related with COMPENSATION and PMS because there are instances where employees are drawing HANDSUM SALARY but not happy with their ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES as their expectations are more.
