First of all sorry for a late reply... As it's year end, quite busy now a days...
The main problem while working in peak summer days or near hot atmosphere is dehydration... A lot tips are available in net... Just go to goggle and have a search with phrase "Prevention against dehydration"...
However a good write up from net has been uploaded by Mr. SSB... I am appreciating SSB and thanks for your participation... Very good and looking for the same in future... What the trend mostly I observed in our this forum is that all wish to get reply to thier started thread, but not participating other threads started by forum members... So request all to participate into more threads, even with a word of appreciation... This will defenitly help to increase our forum participation...
Now Abhay let me tell you one thing... The three points which you mention itself is so valid and more than enough to ensure safe working in hot areas if you really success in implementing practically... Work rotation is the main thing... And if you can in additional provide a rest room near the work place for these workers that will solve the purpose, i think so... In this rest room you may arrange the water availability...

As soon as I received all technical information I'll update it for all of U.
Present Information : It is jelly type bags/jacket , which need to kept in refrigerator before use , after wearing the same jacket , it will give coolling effect to body .... It's effect last almost 4-5 hours.
