In excel sheet, make four columns as under:

a) 1st column : Date : 1st Jun, 2nd Jun .....
b) 2nd column : starting time, say 8:00 (write in this format only)
c) 3rd column : Entry time of employees, say 10:10 (write in this format only)
d) 4th column : Late by ___ minutes (comes automatically by applying the formula : (c3-b3) * 1440

If you want any more clarification, do get back to me on

Rgds,
