Dear Krish,
Instead of remaining as third party and then issuing some assurance letter, it is better for company to enter into agreement with the landlord for the occupation of his/her property. Later company can allot the accommodation to the company employees. For this allotment, company can issue separate letter stating the terms and conditions for the occupation of company-hired accommodation.
