We are a company with a workforce of around 200 people and will increase in size in the coming future. I need to prepare an employee band and salary grades, meaning a clear and fixed salary structure at every level/band. Can anybody provide me with some useful information/samples?

I am working in a medium-sized light engineering industry where some assembly, testing, and covering work is being done. We are now in the process of working out a Wage Settlement.
Kindly provide a salary survey (both direct and indirect benefits for workmen) from similar industries, which would be highly appreciated. Please do the needful. The details of packages may kindly be sent to my email id
