The company I am working for is based out of Kolkata.We intend to organise a one day picnic/ gettogether at a nearby good spot for all the staff members with family of Head Office only. The no. of members will be around hundred.

In my experience all the tours and gettogether was making some new problems, and that problems will give it's effect on the work totally INDIRECTLY. I think some senior members may accept it.
