Fight with the Situation, Not the Attitude
Don't ever fight with the attitude; fight with the situation. The situation always gives you more opportunities to learn something, but attitude never does. Coping with the situation will always lead you toward new heights of understanding life. Attitude never wins battles; it just leads you toward the dark path of the shadow. So live happily, live cheerfully.

Yes, but wouldn't a "Lage Raho Situation Mein, Munnabhai" be again a matter of attitude—of diligence, perseverance, confidence, and optimism? But yes, it's quite a differently thought-provoking bit for sure. Thanks.

Dear Pratyesh, Very nice presentation. However, I was puzzled in the beginning with the words, "Never fight the attitude." It took some time for me to realize that you are advising not to fight other people's attitude.
How true! Rather than fighting somebody else's attitude, we need to build up our own. Your presentation is a very good pointer to develop self-awareness based on universal principles.
Keep it up, please.

Well, I do not agree. Actually, attitude is your personality; it shows that you are ready for the next level. Otherwise, you will remain a 'laborer' throughout your tenure. There are two attitudes - one is good and the other is bad. Opportunity may provide short-term gains in your career, but your good attitude will bring you long-term success. You need to understand when to utilize your good attitude.

The Importance of Attitude in an Institution
Attitude is the main criterion in any establishment. Your attitude will reflect on your institution. Don't show any anger or bad posture; deal with situations with impartial judgment but with simplicity. Remember, you represent an institution, and the rest of the world looks at you. A slight attitude may endanger you as well as your institution.
