Professional Tax annual return form for Andhra Pradesh

There isn't any such format for Annual Returns for Professional Tax in Andhra Pradesh. The Annual fee is Fixed Rs.2500/- P.A per registration. You have to pay to the CTO of your circle Rs.2500/- in Demand Draft or Cheque in favor of Commercial Tax Officer- ( Circle Name / Jurisdiction Name ). Write a covering letter to CTO of your circle, take acknowledgment on the o/c of the covering letter.
