It is very simple...put the candidate's name in the search box,if possible put the phone no. or the location....I belive this much can easily help you out to get the resume.

Hi,
There are different ways you can search for a candidate.Every portal has a differnt GUI as their search process.
Ask for your service provider (Jobsite) to provoide training on the same.

Do you mean to say that you are looking for a particular profile on Job portal ?? If yes, first of all you need to have the access to the database of any job portal. than you need to mention any of the following details as Previous organisation,current organisation,Institutes name ,Key words for his profile,location ,industry he is working with .For tghis you will have to go for advance search option.And after giving these inputs you will get all the resume with those details and you will be able to find that profile.
