Default Terms for Singapore-based recruitment consultants

Hi,

I have a couple of vacancies in Singapore. This is the first time I am dealing with an international vacancy. I have a few queries. If anyone from Singapore or having relevant information can help me will be of great help.

I am interested in knowing the following:

1. What are the professional charges for filling up Jr. and Middle Management positions via recruitment firms (based in Singapore) in Sales.
2. Do I need to sign a formal contract with the recruitment firm?
3. List of recruitment firms with domain expertise in chemical industry, for filling up vacancies in Singapore.

looking forward for replies.

Regards,

Anuradha

Hi Anu,

Hope you are well versed with Singapore regulations now, can you help me to find a good consultant in Singapore and what are the legal formalities we need to adhere after recruiting a person. We are a Dubai based company, with no companies in Singapore. We plan to outsource the candidate, i need to know the cost for it. Can you please help me.
