Hi i am writing this from Chennai.

I joined a company in Chennai with help of a friend referring me.i also signed a bond .It had just 3 employee on that 2 of them where in my project.the other guy in my team was my friend and totally newbie. So i was the only person taking care of the project and did well to take up the project to certain level. But i had many problems from management like.

Never got Salary ( 3months )
disrespect for me and my work ( i'm saying this not just to add points )
lack of co-operation
High working time approx (10-11hrs) and asked to work more on nights and sundays.which i didn't

i literally had every problem i could have and discussed those things with management.instead of correcting those they continued to insult me on work. Then i decided to leave the organization. i submitted my resignation through email and also in hand written.they took my letter but arguing me to compensate as stated in bond and holding my certificate.

even my dad went to office and asked them to surrender back my certificate. They are refusing saying if they do so other un-paid employee will also leave. i am in deep trouble.what should i do ?

" i learned my lesson " i should have never listen to my friend.he advised me to sign and now he step aside and said, you are on your own.

kindly help me in this matter. i don't have peace of mind now.i am attaching the service agreement soft copy.
kindly guide me to solve this problem.

Okay mod thx. That's my final hope.I am going to complain and i will post the progress.
One more thing i wanna ask.i believe now if i go to police station for complaint i will get back my certificate.I planned to start a blog regarding how cheating that company is. to make aware of people not to fall in there traps. Can they take action against me for that.
i don't want those idiots to runaway with this.Note this is not a revenge i just want to create some awareness about that fraud company.is there any other way i can do it ?

If you have worked and you have not been paid salary, first write a straight letter to employer demanding salary with interest. Be specific, write exact months, days and due salary amount. Also warn them that, if you do not receive salary within 4 days, you will take up this matter to Police, Labour Officer, labour Commissioner etc. Even though you have resigned, they have to pay your salary regularly when it was due. This should work.
Similar action you can take to get your certificates back.
