Hi Seniors,
Please find attached herewith my updated resume.
Iam facing lot of trouble with the stability and salary part.
I hv done my BMS. After that i hv done IATA foundation (An airline course), on the basis of that i hv 1&1/2 years experience. Because of shifting duty i had to leave the job, after a gap i got job in an recruitment firm. Along with the job, i opted for MBA (HR).but soon i began to realise i cant manage both properly, so i left this job too for completion of my MBA studies..which later on i hv come out with flying colours in Jan, 2009. But nobody is ready to give me any chance to prove my stability now.. I understand the market scenario but if iam given chance now i wil stabalise myself in my career... Please look at my resume and suggest something positive.
Thanking You,
Mamta.

Dear mams,
In previous mail its been correctly said, that the searching of job is difficult due to recession. But since u have good qualifications, u deserve a job and i hope u will get the required job sooner. However ill advise some changes in your resume. If u feel relevant , please incorporate the changes.
The resunme/ CV should be short and sweet.. Try to make it smaller, it should not extend beyond maximum two pages. The whole of experience in previous companies is not required to be put in ur resume. Make it concise.
Even thought when ever i come accross any HR job, ill definately inform.
Thanks and Regards

Dear Mamta,
I feel this could be done in your resume. Academic details can b given in single table we do not want to furnish each and every semester score .
Put it in a single table precisely .
All the best.

Dear Mamata,

I have taken a brief look at your profile. The document looks more like a copy and paste of job description given at your workplace. If I were a selector, I would be looking at how you have written the introduction to the CV or profile. Please proof read the letter. There I found a couple of grammatical errors.

Coming to the profile, the objective is not clear. I am sure the objective is to find a suitable job, which allows you to contribute productively to the organisation and helps you grow, too. (I hope you know the different components of Productivity. This word can lead them to ask questions and if you master the concept, then it will help).

Instead of listing your duties, write concise but clear sentences to describe what you did and how it helped the organisation and allowed you to grow. This requires a bit of self-reflection on what you did. To me that's (reflection on ones work rathher than mere listing of duties) most important.

Wish you all the best.

Hi Mamta
Went through your resume... First of all if your resume title is "final resume to sent", change it. You can cut short your covering letter and polish the sentence starting with "if you feel...."; should be crisp and should communicate all the attributes you have (HR professional having -- yrs of experience etc). OBJECTIVE should be reworked which you may include, HR processional having hands on exp in Recruitment....seeking a job...Your academics area should be starting with MBA (HR)-->BMS and so on. May be you can specify your area of interest like Rec and Sel, HR generalist, T & D, Payroll etc.
Hope this may help you and wishing you all the best and success in your future endevour.

Hi Mamta, this is Monil.I have gone through ur problem. Can u tell me y u switched to HR from airlines? There is nothing wrong with the resume but take care that u stick to one industry.Since first u were working in aviation, then u switched to HR,the interviewer might get the bad impression about ur stability part.I m not saying that it is the only reason, but it may be.
If u want u can email me on
Bye
