It was really a nice one and a fact. All employees no matter what position they are, are treated in this manner generally. Coz it is a well accepted fact" The Boss is always Right..."
Also, the last law(Lampner's law) was very nice.. Keep posting..

there are only 2 golden rules in professional life:-

1) boss is always right.

2) if you fond that you’re boss is wrong then slap on your face and see rule number one.

Pls give the suggestion for followings
A Company

a b c d e f

I am working with unit of company b and Company are having 6 units i.e. a,b,c,d,e,f, then company is demerged from A to new name of company B are having 3 units i.e. a,b,c, and C company are having 3 units d,e,f.

After demerger some employees are working with B company unit b and transfer to C company.

Pls give the suggestion employee are give the resignation or internal transfer letter.
Pls note transferred employee total service 15 years.

This made me laugh a lot.
There is majaor difference the way we asians respond to boss,emotinally and sentimentally then westerners, the cultural differences has shaped our history...
As knowledgebased learning society takes over, the merit, will eventually prevail
