This is one of the best presentations I have seen at citehr. It was really unique.

The quote I particularly liked was Oprah Winfrey:-

Power is energy. Find the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.

Swmi Vivekanand also said to focus on any one idea- it is more likely to be the one you are passionate about.

The primary job of HR is to get the right person in the right job- which to me is the right combination of passion and competency. I read in a book by Harvard leadership how passionate leaders are more likely to succeed at all times.
