Good Afternoon!!!
After a long break I am back with you...........:-D
I know that I will get a good & valuable response from all of you as always.:icon1:
So here we go..................:idea:
Being in HR our one of the most crucial area of work is recruitments, also we are all facing a problem with hiring a right candidate at the right time.
My purpose behind starting this topic is to help those people who get rejected in the interviews because they are not matching our expectations.
Dear friends its my request to all of you to share your experiences of recruitment and what are your minimum expectations from the candidates appearing the interview.
This post will help lot many people who are struggling to get a JOB just because they lack in understanding what is required to crack the final and the most important interview round i.e., "HR INTERVIEW ROUND"

The minimum Expectation will be
1. Sound knowledge in their area(Technical or non technical)
2. Should have good Communication Skill.
