Dear Sir,
I have just started new placement and HR services company LLP in pune. Also I involved in contractual services like security services, facilities and house keeping services. labour contract with Society and company.
1) Do I need to pay PF,ESI, PT to contract labour /security guards/employees??? Or will take from employers?? Or both contribute?? And How much PF,ESI, PT?
2) What about service Tax ( 15 %)?? Will I have taken total 100% from employer??
3) What if I not pay PF,ESI to PF OFFICE ( I.e. contract labour / security guard /employee)??
4) Do I need registration for PF,ESI,Service tax if my turn over is 10 lac( for service tax) ??
5) What are taxation I have to pay for the LLP.??
Please guide me??
