Hi Nidhi,

Salary breakup in our company is

BASICHRAMedical Expenses Reimbursement1250Conveyance Allowance800Children Education Allowance200Uniform Maintenance Allowance750Professional Pursuit Allowance1250Site Allowance / City Compensatory AllowanceSpecial PayGross Pay

basic - 47.5% on gross
hra - 40% on basic
site all - 10% on basic
Special pay --> Gross pay - All other components
Medical and others are fixed
