Can anyone please help with a TQM questionnaire for the topic - EMPLOYEES PERCETPTION TOWARDS TQM ?

Hello John,

It's always better to give as much info about yourself (whether student or manager...), aim and objectives.

Thank you very much for your reply. I am a HR student and doing a project on the topic - EPLOYEES PERCEPTION TOWARDS TQM as i have already mentioned. The objective of the study would be
1. Role of HR dept in TQM
2. Employees adapatability towards TQM
3. Effectiveness of HR - TQM Practices.
Hence, if you have any idea or material over this topic, kindly let me know. i will be thankful to you.

Use the key words from your list and search the WEB using Google search engine. I am sure that you will find suitable literature.

Are you an undergraduate or a post graduate student?

Where are you studying?

Is it a full-time course or a part-time course?

Are you doing it by distance learning?

One should always give as much detail as one can to help us to help you.

Dear Sir,

I am pursuing my Masters of Social Work with HRM specialisation at Loyola College, Chennai. Sir, I found some materials related to HRM interventions on TQM. But i am totally blinking to form a questionnaire.

giving details of what you know and what objectives have you set for your project. Have you done any literature search?
