Third option for HR professionals

Hi friends Till now there were only two options, confusing HR profssionals to get into i.e. consultancy or corporate sector in various companies. The third option I am talking about is "Staffing solutions companies" . As far as I know these companies do proper HR work in different manner, which we can say outourcing of HR compliancs by companies to these staffing firms,that sounds interesting. To name a few there are some staffing solution companies rising with great pace in India. This was regarding the new era of job market in India,but the concerned point is how a new HR profesional can get into these companies, there roles & responsibilities and expected salary package.
