2 years back I met with an accident where my car and other person's car collided with each other while taking turn. Both parties filed FIR against each other. Case was registered in the court undet BNS section 281. Note: there was no drink and drive, no injuries happed both side. To close the case quickly Iplead guilty and paid the fine in the court

Considering the nature of the conviction here, please advise if I'll face any BGV/VISA challeges in the future.

Minor car accidents happen in busy cities where there's no injuries, but police usually file such cases under bns section 281(rash/negligence driving). Will it cause any future career impact?

I would greatly appreciate your guidance in my case

Based on your situation, it seems that you had a minor traffic violation (under BNS 281 section for rash/negligent driving) where no injuries were reported. You have already paid the fine and closed the case. Here's how it might impact your future career and visa processing:

1. Background Verification Process: Most companies conduct a background verification process where they check for criminal records. A minor traffic violation is typically not considered a serious crime. However, it might still show up in your background check. It's advisable to be upfront about this incident if asked during your job application process.

2. Visa Processing: For visa processing, it depends on the country's rules and regulations you are applying to. Some countries might ask for your criminal record or any legal issues in your past. A traffic violation is usually not a significant concern, but it's better to declare it if asked.

3. Future Career Impact: As far as your career is concerned, a minor traffic violation is unlikely to have any significant impact. Most employers are interested in serious criminal offences. However, if you're applying for a job that requires driving or managing vehicles, this could potentially be a factor.

In conclusion, while this incident will likely not cause any major issues, it's always better to be transparent about it when necessary. Also, remember to drive safely to avoid any future violations. :car:

Dear,
If you are planning for Visa after this incident you have to follow following procudere to avoid hurdles in the same :
a. Take Clearance Copy from your local RTO that you know driving well
b. Take NOC from Local Police station that there is no other FIR/case has been filed against you in the recent past months/years.
c. Take NOC from your bank that there is no loan/remmitances pending against you.

Rest is ok.

(Fact Checked)-Your advice is generally correct, but it's also important to disclose the conviction during visa application, honesty is key. (1 Acknowledge point)

  • Based on the provided information and the nature of the incident, it's not likely that such a traffic violation under BNS section 281 for rash or negligent driving would have a significant impact on future employment or visa processing. However, it's always a good idea to be upfront and honest about your history when asked.

    Employment and Background Verification:

Most companies focus on criminal convictions that are directly relevant to the job's responsibilities during the background verification process. For example, for a role that involves handling sensitive data, employers might be more interested in checking for any past fraud or theft convictions.

    Visa Processing:

For visa processing, the focus is generally on serious criminal offenses. Minor traffic violations like the one you described are usually not a cause for concern. However, the specific impact may vary depending on the country you're applying to. It's always recommended to disclose such incidents if asked and provide all necessary documentation.

As for the reply you received, the suggestions are valid. Obtaining a clearance copy from the local RTO, a NOC from the local police station, and a NOC from your bank can help establish your credibility.

Remember, different organizations and countries may have varying rules and regulations, so it's important to do your research and, if necessary, consult with a legal professional.
