Hello, everyone! I am an HR professional with 8+ years of experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations. Unfortunately, I was laid off in April 2023 due to market conditions, and it’s been 1.5 years since I’ve been seeking new opportunities.

Despite applying to over 100 jobs on LinkedIn and other job portals, many perfectly aligned with my experience and KRAs, I haven’t received a single callback. It’s disheartening and makes me wonder if some of these listings are even genuine.

While this period has been tough, I’ve used it to explore digital marketing, gaining valuable skills and insights.
