It should outline the terms and conditions between the employer and employee regarding when new hires need to undergo tests, where the tests should be conducted, to whom the reports should be submitted, who will bear the cost of the tests, and the payment recovery norms if an employee leaves the job. Additionally, the policy should address the implications of any significant test results on the appointment.
A comprehensive policy must include these types of terms.
