Hi, I Joined Corporate HR and see a 3 /4 manufacturing plants, I would like to prepare monthly HR MIS to be aware of all location statuses. Please suggest any format to get information from each unit and combine it for my reference. information required like headcount, payroll cost, attraction, compliance status etc.
