Actually, I have been asked to create a job description for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has good knowledge of social media from an ad agency. I have over 10 years of experience as an HR generalist. However, here, they do not have a clear concept of an HR generalist profile. They have taken an undated blank cheque with my signature in favor of the company. I would like to enhance my skills in the HR department to lead in the best way and to seize good opportunities.
