Hi All, PSARA training can be on site after joining of the Security staff or not, pls elaborate

As per Section 10 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, no security agency shall employ any guard who has not successfully completed the prescribed training. This does not mean that you can post a guard as a trainee and see if he completes his training without paying him any salary or just paying a small stipend. You should provide training at your facility, and only then can you 'sell' his service to your clients.
