Hi Pinky,

If you already have an email ID, there is a facility to set alarms according to your pre-set date and timing. Try 'Gmail'. I use it to my advantage as a tool, like an alarm clock on your desktop. Additionally, if you have a smartphone, you can set alarms to remind you on specific dates and times. Both options can serve your purpose.

In an office setting, for administrative purposes, you can create a chart like the following to set reminders for due dates:

1. Payment of electricity and water bills, mobile/telephone and internet bills - monthly; renewal of domain license/resetting of passwords - annual.

2. Taxes - PT, IT-TDS - monthly; advance tax - quarterly; self-assessment tax, property tax - annual; and return submission.

3. Filing of returns - monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and annual.

4. Renewal of insurance premiums for vehicles, staff insurance policies - monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual.

5. Renewal of company registrations - as and when due.

6. Salary payments - monthly.

Prepare a chart for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual tasks based on months and dates. Pin this chart on your desk or side panels so that you can check it daily and prepare well in advance when needed.

There are pre-printed annual planner sheets available for purchase at stationery shops, which can also be useful.
