Dear All, I am working in a Facility Management company. We take on housekeeping contracts, and as contractors, we have to provide compliance support to clients. I would like to know the list of compliances that need to be maintained by the contractor. Also, is it compulsory to submit this information in hard format (e.g., registers) or could it be provided in a soft format?

Contractors on contract must comply with EPF, ESIC, State Labour Welfare, Bonus, Contract License applicability if applicable, PTRC, and leave with wages, etc. Background verification is an additional requirement.
