Hi all,
In my company, there were PF filing discrepancies in the Challan and wage sheet.
Case I: In the wage sheet, as per the act, the PF amount has been deducted, but in return, they paid a lesser amount for some around 15 employees in April and May 2019. How can we rectify the issue? Please guide me.
Case II: Due to ID proof issues, PF has not been filed for 6 months from the employee's date of joining. Kindly suggest.
