My firm name is JGE, and I am the proprietor. However, the person who completed the online EPFO and ESIC (Common Registration) processes listed the name as M/s. (My Name) and proprietor (My Name) instead of correctly as M/s. (JGE) and proprietor (My Name).
Incorrect PAN Details in ESIC Registration
Additionally, in the case of ESIC registration, the individual who managed the online process mistakenly used my individual PAN number in place of my firm's details.
