Dear People, I need your advice on what to do. My dad was working at the Navy (Material Organization, Civil), Vasco Goa. He left after 2 years of service, so his son is supposed to get a job. However, it has been 6 and a half years, and the navy has been declining to provide a job.
Filing a Court Case and RTI Complaint
I want to ask, I filed a court case 8 months ago. Simultaneously, could I file a second complaint to CIC on RTI? Is it okay? Please advise.
Seeking Information and Next Steps
Please help me determine if I should proceed with this. I also need the Central Public Information Officer's name and address, as well as the First Appellate Authority's name and address for Material Organization, Civil, Vasco, Dabolim - Goa.
Please provide me with the above-mentioned information and advise me on what steps to take.
Sincerely,
Bucharest

Dear Friend,
Job Succession in the Navy
1. Can you explain how a son is supposed to get a job in place of his father? Is it a policy in the navy?
2. Please elaborate on 'he left 2 years of service.'
3. If the son is supposed to get the job, why is the navy declining? Have they given reasons?
4. You have already filed a court case; what is the status of the case?
5. How can RTI help you? Can you share some details on the matters mentioned above to guide you properly?
Warm Regards,
