Hi, I want a solution regarding control on early leaves which my staff usually take more than three times in a month. My organization has 26 employees, and we have all types of HR policies; however, the early leave policy has not been generated yet. I want to monitor early leaves taken by my staff without being rude.
I would be grateful if you could provide me with some suggestions on this matter.

I was facing the same issue in my last organization, and then I implemented a rule that after two latecomings, there would be a deduction of half a day's salary. After implementing this, "early leaves" were reduced by 98%.
I allowed two "early leaves" keeping in mind that sometimes they need to leave early on weekends. By implementing this policy, we controlled early leave, but at the same time, employees are happy to have two early leaves in a month.
