Need Help with Filling and Submitting EPFO Claim Form-31 – Any Guidance?

Dear All,

Greetings for the day. Recently, EPFO has issued Claim Form-31 via the enclosed order for reference. In reference to instructions on how to fill up and submit it, can someone please guide me on this?
