Hi All,

I have recently joined an IT company in Ahmedabad, and I'm the 1st recruit for HR. I have worked in an automobile company as an HR coordinator, and I hardly know about IT rules and laws. Kindly help me to understand the legal field for an IT company.

It will be easier than an automobile company. Here you have to go through the Shops and Establishment Act instead of the Factories Act. The remaining acts will be the same. Here you will be communicating through email rather than through letterheads.

Mostly in IT companies, HR will have to spend more time recruiting new people and training them.
